Dieting – Day 5

Day 5

This was my last meal before I went on my Goal. It’s The popular Asian dish, Pho!


I have a large bowl of homemade Pho sitting on my Laptop while my lovely dog watches from below in my studio. LOL

Salt, Salt, Salt! I ran out of salt today and my meals just taste horrible, however I am putting on a pretty good face and chewed through all of them. I’ve notice a “laziness” in my routine of daily living since I’ve went on this diet. I slept for 12 hours and feel the need for another 12 more. I’ve never smoked any opium (Poppy Flower), but I’ve stories from my father about people in the old country (Laos) who goes on an Opium withdraw. He said they will sleep more than often and have energy of little to none. Maybe this is kind of what I’m going through.

My energy level doesn’t seem to be as high as it used to be and my sense of alertness is a little bit off so this has me worrying a little. So far the primary diet I’ve been eating consisted of Half cup of Jasmin Rice, Raw Tofu, Mango, Bitter Melons, Cilantro, Cherry Tomatoes, Green Onion Top, Sweet Potatoes, and half a spoon of Canned Mackerel Fish in Red Tomato Sauce. Of course I did not eat them all at once.

My meal plan has been two meals a day; Breakfast around 10am and Dinner around 6pm.

Today I am 171.4lbs
