Dieting – Day 1-2-3-4

Well, it’s not like I just woke up one day and decide that I’m overweight and need to find justice for myself. Like many times before, I’ve failed to last more than a week of dieting and exercising because the urge to eat big juicy steak always win over. So I again asks myself what makes this time different from all of the other times?

Well for one, I have lighter wallet now and eating less will make my wallet very happy….

I am young, in my early 20′s, overweight and engaged to a beautiful woman of 4 years together. I have a lot of many wonderful years ahead of me and I want to be fit for it. If I can’t endure just one month of dieting, how can I endure knowing that I can’t even help myself.

Day 1 through Day 4

As expected, the first day is the easiest. I ate all fruits and vegetables; mainly Tofu, bread and Mango.

Today(4th day) seems to be pretty tough. I’m a little bit more sleepier than usual; Odd. Food doesn’t taste too bad but let’s see how it’s going to taste like in the next 6 days.

I am 175lbs
