Diet – Day 6

Everything is getting a little better now that I’m just a little passed that bump on the road. I’m not as tired as I was at the beginning of my diet and exercise.

I woke up this morning and checked the weather to find out that there is a 30% chance of rain from 7am – 12pm. As the clouds were gathering in the sky, I decided to take a chance and go for a bike ride around the lake. Three miles into my ride, it started pouring but you know what?…. it wasn’t all that bad. I enjoyed it and came home on the first round. It was also the first bike ride of the summer for me.

Breakfast
I ate Raisin Bran Cereal and pink Fat Free milk ( as recommended by my gf ).

Lunch
Throughout the day I would be munching on various food such as bread, cereal again, Eggs etc…

Dinner
I went with some salt (finally bought some), three boiled eggs, and some strawberries. I know this is probably not recommended, but this works for me and has been in the past.

I am 171.1lbs
